Please include the device model, the operating system version, and what you were doing. If an error message appeared, its exact wording helps most.

A toilet is missing or its details are wrong

Toilets come from OpenStreetMap. It is worth fixing the data there directly, because the correction then benefits every other map too, not only this app. You can also add a missing toilet in the app and optionally send an anonymous note about it to OpenStreetMap's mappers.

A toilet is out of order or dirty right now

Report it in the app; others see the report for 48 hours. Lasting errors, such as a toilet that is gone or wrongly marked free or accessible, belong in OpenStreetMap (see above). You can delete your own reports in My data. If a report looks false or inappropriate, tell us at support@toilets.fi.

The opening hours look wrong

Opening hours come from OpenStreetMap and go stale. That is why the app never claims a toilet is certainly closed, only that it may be closed. Hours are also evaluated in your own device's timezone, so while browsing another continent the badge can be hours off local time.

Refunds

Refunds for the iOS purchase are requested from Apple through the App Store, and refunds for the Android purchase from Google through Google Play. Past purchases of the retired web version were sold by Paddle; contact us at support@toilets.fi and we will pass your request on.

Vessa puuttuu tai sen tiedot ovat väärin

Vessat tulevat OpenStreetMapista. Kannattaa korjata tiedot suoraan sinne, koska korjaus hyödyttää silloin myös kaikkia muita karttoja eikä vain tätä sovellusta. Sovelluksesta voi myös lisätä puuttuvan vessan ja halutessaan lähettää siitä nimettömän ilmoituksen OpenStreetMapin kartoittajille.

Vessa on juuri nyt rikki tai likainen

Ilmoita siitä sovelluksessa; muut näkevät ilmoituksen 48 tunnin ajan. Pysyvät virheet, kuten poistunut vessa tai väärin ilmaiseksi tai esteettömäksi merkitty vessa, korjataan OpenStreetMapiin (ks. yllä). Omat ilmoituksesi voit poistaa Omat tiedot -näkymässä. Jos ilmoitus vaikuttaa väärältä tai asiattomalta, kerro siitä osoitteeseen support@toilets.fi.

Aukioloaika näyttää väärältä

Aukioloajat ovat OpenStreetMapin tietoja ja vanhenevat. Siksi sovellus ei koskaan väitä vessaa varmasti suljetuksi, vaan sanoo enintään saattaa olla suljettu. Ajat tulkitaan lisäksi oman laitteesi aikavyöhykkeessä, joten toista maanosaa selatessa merkintä voi olla tuntien päässä paikallisesta ajasta.

Palautukset

iOS-sovelluksen oston palautusta haetaan Applelta App Storen kautta ja Android-sovelluksen oston palautusta Googlelta Google Playn kautta. Suljetun verkkoversion aiemmat ostot myi Paddle; ota yhteyttä meihin osoitteeseen support@toilets.fi, niin ohjaamme asian eteenpäin.
