In short

The web version is a one-time purchase (€4.99), not a subscription. It is never billed again, so there is nothing to cancel. If it was not what you expected, we refund it within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Who handles the refund

The product is sold by Cavalier Venues Oy · Business ID 3649639-4 · Helsinki, Finland — a limited company. support@toilets.fi

Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for the purchase and handles refunds too. Refunds go back to the payment method used for the purchase. Your receipt comes from Paddle as well.

How to request one

Email support@toilets.fi with the address you used to buy, and we will take it to Paddle. You can also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net, which is linked from your receipt.

We reply within one business day. Once Paddle issues the refund, it usually appears within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once delivery begins with your consent — here, when the sign-in link is sent. This does not change the promise above: we refund on request within 14 days of purchase whether or not you have used the link.

What a refund means for access

After a refund the licence is revoked and no further sign-in links are issued. A session already open in a browser may persist for a while; clearing the browser's data ends it.

If your sign-in link never arrived

That is usually a spam folder rather than a refund. See the support page first — you can request a fresh link at any time at app.toilets.fi using the same email address. If nothing arrives, write to us and we will send it by hand. A paid purchase is not lost.

The iOS app

App Store purchases do not go through Paddle. Request those refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Miten haet palautusta

Kirjoita osoitteeseen support@toilets.fi ja kerro ostoon käyttämäsi sähköpostiosoite. Ohjaamme asian Paddlelle. Voit myös ottaa suoraan yhteyttä Paddlen tukeen paddle.net, jonka löydät myös ostokuitista.

Vastaamme viestiin yhden arkipäivän kuluessa. Paddlen palautuksen näkyminen tilillä kestää tavallisesti 3–10 arkipäivää pankista riippuen.

Peruuttamisoikeus (EU)

Kuluttajana sinulla on lähtökohtaisesti 14 vuorokauden peruuttamisoikeus. Digitaalisessa sisällössä, joka toimitetaan heti, tämä oikeus raukeaa, kun toimitus alkaa suostumuksellasi — tässä siis silloin, kun kirjautumislinkki lähetetään. Tämä ei muuta yllä annettua lupausta: palautamme rahat pyynnöstä 14 vuorokauden ajan ostosta siitä riippumatta, oletko jo käyttänyt linkkiä.

Mitä palautus tarkoittaa käyttöoikeudelle

Palautuksen jälkeen käyttöoikeus perutaan eikä uusia kirjautumislinkkejä enää lähetetä. Jo avattu kirjautuminen voi säilyä selaimessa vielä hetken; sen tyhjentää selaimen tietojen poisto.

Tämä ei ole palautusasia vaan tavallisesti roskapostikansio. Katso ensin tukisivu — saat uuden linkin milloin tahansa osoitteessa app.toilets.fi samalla sähköpostiosoitteella. Jos linkkiä ei kuulu, kirjoita meille, niin lähetämme sen käsin. Maksettua ostoa ei menetetä.

iOS-sovellus

App Storen ostot eivät kulje Paddlen kautta. Niiden palautusta haetaan Applelta osoitteessa reportaproblem.apple.com.
